The clear silicone rubber strip is used of Frameless Fabric LED Light Boxes. The frameless look that is unique to Fabric is accomplished by sewing the silicone strip around the edge of the printed fabric. This process allows the edges to be inserted into the channel grooves of the frame, stretching the fabric tight. The result is a drum tight fabric graphic that is lit evenly from behind.
